Overall view, represents that the renting accommodations gradually decreases till the year 2001 and slightly increases in 2011, although, houses owned reached about 70% by 2001 while decreases about 3% in the end.
To start with, the households owned by individuals in these two countries shows a significant growth, which was initially at 20% in 1918 and remained equivalent for next two years which was around 30%, then raises 5% to 10% throughout 1991. Moreover remained almost same in 2001 and there was a decline of 2% in the year 2011. Additionally, many of the houses were on rent around the year 1918 which was about 78%. However, which then started to decrease for each year, although stand equivalent for two consequence years, until it reached 31% in 2001. Moreover, during 2011 the rate of rented houses was near by 40%.
To sum up, in England and Wales, the living established through living in rented and individual houses shows a gradual change over a period of time.
