At the fleeting glance ,it is clearly seen that at the first stage in the paper recycling process,waste paper is collected either from banks,where members of the public save their used paper or business having waste papers collect.ot is sorted by hand and separated according to it is grade with any paper that is not suitable for recycling being removed . After that ,the graded paper is transported to a paper mill.
