The given bar chart below illustrates the output of a survey that depicts coffee and tea consumption and habits in five different areas in Australia. From a general perspective, going out for coffee and tea might be the prior choice of residents in four cities, except Adelaide, and least people chose to drink fresh coffee at the same time.
Looking at the detail, Hobart and Melbourne were the two areas which witnessed the biggest number of people decided to go to a cafe, over 60%, in the comparison with Adelaide, the city which observed the lowest data of coffee shops' guests, approximately 40%. Moreover, it seems that fresh coffee buyers occupied the smallest proportion in all five cities, with the highest statistic belonging to Sydney with over two-fifth, and Brisban observed the least data, around 35%.
Instant coffee might be solely the product that experienced similar statistics in all five areas, from one-third to a half of the outputs. It is significant that the ratio of people choosing to go out to a cafe in Melbourne nearly doubled the proportion of the fresh coffee consumers in Brisban.
