Overall, it can be seen that the number of the national, international and mobiles calls increased each year while local calls fluctuated over an eight-year period.
According to the data, local which was fixed line rose by approximately 20 % from almost 72 to 90 minutes within 4 years, which reached to peak level in 1999. After that time, there was a steady decrease between 1999 and 2002 and it reached to fall again at the same level with almost 72 minutes in end of the period.
Looking at the details, national and international calls were almost third times higher than mobiles calls in 1995, with 5 compared to 35 minutes respectively. These figures increased almost double in eight years from 35 to 60 minutes. Meanwhile, there was also a considerable growth of roughly 40 minutes in mobiles calls from 5 to 45 minutes within eight years.
