The provided line graph demonstrated the expenditure of three types of junk food which included hamburgers, pizza and fried chicken by adolescent in Mauritius between 1985 and 2015.
Young people in Mauritius in 1985 tended to choose pizza the most. However, hamburgers and fried chicken are not popular and not their favorite fast food. Up until 2015, there was a significant rise in the number of youths eating burgers and fried chicken, while the amount of pizza eaten slipped back.
Burgers and pizza both experienced upswings and increased popularity between 1985 and 2000, whereas pizza was on the decline. By the year 2000, they intersected at a point with about 40 times eaten per year.
After 5 years, fried chicken continued to soar but then had a period of stability until 2015 and reached more than 60 times. Meanwhile, by 2015 hamburgers prosecuted to skyrocket and peak at over 70 times. Also, pizza jogged on crash and hit the lowest point at 10 times.
