The given diagram shows the proportion of American who ate fast food with different frequency in 2003, 2006 and 2013. A glance at the graph reveals that a majority of American ate fast food regularlly in these three years.

As we can see, only a small minority of American chose fast food every day or never took it try in these three years, which both of two frequency were under 5 percent.

Compared to the two unusual crimastance, most American usually engaged in fast food restaurants about once a week or once or twice a month. The percent of the two frequency corresponded roughly ranging from 25% to 35% in these three years. It could be seen that in 2006, American were more usual to have fast food meals than other two years.

However, there was a downward trends of the frequency of eating fast food in America. The graph shows that the percentage of eating it once or twice a month increased nearly 10% from 2006 to 2013.

In conclusion, although most American decreased their needs to fast food along with time, there was relatively a large population of taking unhealthy diets in America. Therefore, it is necessary to improve Americans' realization to their own health.
