Contained in the bar chart is data pertaining to the leisure of individuals who live in Saigon city from beginning to end of 2020.
It can be taken from the graph that males had more participants inactivity than females, with exception of cooking, reading, and exercising. It should also be noted that the most popular activity was exercising for both sexes.
Looking at figures for cooking, exercising, and reading books in further detail, it can be seen that the disparities between sexes were noticeable. Regarding cooking, there was shapely 70% female participants, while males accounted for roughly 10% making it the biggest difference. The figures were similar in reference to the participation rates for exercising, where females outnumbered males at around nearly 75% against approximately 15% in that order. The same pattern can be witnessed in reading books, with the figure for females being far higher than another with 72% and under 10%. Additionally, the biggest difference between the percentages of males and females is seen in the activities mentioned.
Turning to the remaining statistics, it is evident that the differences were less substantial. With respect to participation rates for watching tv, a lesser number of males at around 60% participated in it compared to females at 15%. By contrast, there was a dissimilar trend for people partaking in investing. Participation rates for males and females were similar and stood at just over 40%. In reference to people who be self-study, it is apparent that the percentage of males was shapely higher than another at 20% and over 10%.
