This chart shows the top eight honeymoon destinations for newlywed British couples in 2010 The results come from a survey of 5 000 couples

This bar chart illustrates information about the number of British newly-married couples chose the eight most favorite areas for honeymoon in 2010, in addition 5,000 newlywed couples participated in this survey.

Overall what stands out from the graph is that Thailand was the number-one among other destinations with 1,410, as opposed to the Lake District, that was visited by only 124 couples, had the least number of visitors in the year in question.

Looking at the details, in terms of Thailand, was the top of the list with slightly over 1,400couples. The second most popular destination was Bali with below 1400. The third well-known destination which Thailand had two times as many couples as Costa Rica. The Greek Islands did not have as many couples as the Maldives, 432 and 600 respectively.
If we look at Paris, the number of couples was six times lee than Thailand, approximately 2,000. Spain and the Lake District were on the bottom of list with 140 and 124 in turn.
