Nextly, the line graph indicates the maximum spending done by government on each student was 14000 in 1984. From 1989 to 2004, the expenditure continue to drop down. In 2009, the line graph followed a rising trend. From the pie chart, the more students belong to a high class families(52%) than low income(26%) and middle class families(22%).
