The diagrams illustrate the mean proportions of sodium, saturated fats and added sugars in american daily diets like breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

Overall, sodium composition is consumed the most in dining meal whilst added sugar is high percentage in snacks. And breakfast has the similar proportion of the three mentioned nutrients in the United State.

It is clear that dinner diet accounts for sodium as the highest percentage, around 43%; followed by figures of saturated fat and added sugar, with 37% and 23%, respectively. By contrast, in american lunch, sodium and saturated fat occupy of similarity amount, roughly 29% and 26%, orderly whilst added sugar figure is merely 19%.

Turning to composition of these nutrition in snacks in the US, added sugar proportion accounts for over two-fifth and doubles its amount of saturated fat, with 21% as well as three-fold sodium contribution. In contradictory, while saturated fat and added sugar percentages are even in the morning diet, with 16%, the sodium figure is 2% slightly lower, around 14%.
