Looking at the first and second charts, the amount of sodium and saturated fat in dinner are highest, at 43% and 37% respectively. The percentages of sodium and saturated fat in lunch have less than dinner, at 29% and 26% respectively. In the end, snacks and breakfast are the lowest proportion with 14%, in saturated fat is 21% of snack and 16% of breakfast.
In contrast, the added sugar has 42% in snacks almost double the figure in dinner. The last, sugar in breakfast and lunch is much less than other, at 16% and 19% respectively.
