The dominated percentages in the sodium pie is 43% while the ratio of sodium used in snack people eat is 14%. The numbers show the alarming reality in the way people using sodium in their typical meals. Over using sodium could cause high blood pressure,heart disease, stroke even calcium losses. Besides, sodium added in dishes at lunch makes up 29% which also a noticeable number customers should think throughoutly even home-cooked or not.
Turning to the saturated fat problem, the given cart illustrates approximated similar numbers in each element. While dinner still the period of meal people uses the type of nuitrient the most with 37%, breakfast and luch including satured fats have the percentages are 16% and 21% respectively. Compared with sodium, the satured fats in junk food, specifically snacks is higher.
Moving on to the last element- added sugar, people could found that the ratio of added sugar in the USA lunch dishes is lower than satured fats 7% and sodium 10% whereas snack has the highest percentages of add sugar used on it which accountes for 42%. In addition, sugar is the ingredient consumers just need small amount to have a balanced diet.
As a conclusion,each resident in the USA should found out their own amount of sodium, saturated fats and added sugar on their diet which is fit for their health. According to the nuitrition experts, the sufficient amount of the mentioned elements could boost the quality of health while absuing it could led people to have cardiovascular diseases.
