The pie charts illustrate the average percentages of three kinds of nutrients which is unhealthy including sodium, saturated fat and added sugar in four types of meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) in the USA.

Overall, they have a similar proportion of sodium and saturated fat in each meal. The least proportion of these nutrients are contained in breakfast, while the most proportion of sodium and saturated fat are dinner. Snacks, moreover, is the biggest proportion of added sugar.

Sodium and saturated fat are mostly contained in dinner, there are 43% and 37% respectively. Whereas breakfast has least of these, they have just 14% of sodium and 16% of saturated fat. In the percentages of lunch and snacks, they have sodium and saturated fat about 28% and 20% in order.

In addition, snacks have the most added sugar, there is 42%, while breakfast has least, there is just 16%. Furthermore, lunch and dinner have added sugar similar, there are about 20%.
