The charts below show each grade level’s activity and the total revenue gained from it, by percentage, from King Primary School’s recent fundraising event.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The table associates each of the activities held at the recent fundraiser in King's Primary School with the index from 1 to 6. Each of these grade level activity is then used to show the percentage earnings done by them during the fundraiser, which are color coded in the above chart.
By comparing grades in both chart and table, it can clearly be inferred that out of the gross revenue earned during the fundraiser, the dance contest has earned the highest money. Also, the book sale held in the fundraiser churned out the overall least amount of money.
All the fundraising activities are divided into contest and sales of unique items. If you look at it closely, various activities held in the fundraiser i.e. Dance, Cake Decorating and Soccer Skill contest collected more than sixty percent of the entire revenue for the event. Out of these events, the dance event has earned maximum amount of money, followed by cake decorating contest with soccer skill contest earning the least of out the three.
Also, different sales held in the event i.e. Book, Art and Cookie sales was just shy of forty percent of the entire revenue in the event, thereby drawing less money than different events. Out of these events, cookie sales were able to generate most amount of money, with art sale in the middle and book sale at the end of the three sales.
