The given bar diagram provides the levels of involvement in education and science in developing and developed countries in period between 1980 to 1990.

The general overview here is that developing countries is always increased slightly in average of schooling and scientists and technicians, except the part of spending on research and development. In other hand developed countries improved in all categories rapidly each years.

To specify in 1980, developing countries schooling average were approximately 2.1 years and scientist and technicians was 10 in per 1000 people. However, industrialized countries schooling average proportion and scientists and technicians was respectively 8.5 years and 41 per 1000 people. In addition, the developed countries spent on research and development more then half billions us dollar than developing countries in 1980.

Finally the chart clearly illustrates that in 1990, industrialized countries increased in both side, average of schooling and scientists and technician per 1000 people proportion approximately 11 years and 65. More ever the industrialized countries spent on research and development dramatically from 150 billions to 350 billions, which is double between 10 years. But unfortunately developing countries fell down and it decreased 50 billions to 25 billions.
