The bar graphs represent the proportion of two types of studying motivation of learners from under 26 years old to 49 years old and how much assistance they acquire from employers. In general, in can be seen that the main learning purpose of young students is for career, while this tendency changes into learning for interest when people are older.
First of all, in the under 20 years old group, 80% learners study because of career. In contrast, this figure for the over 49 years old group is significantly lower than aforementioned group, it is only about 19%. When people are from 40 to 49 years old, the percentages of the two studying motivations, for interest and career, are balanced and similar, 50% and 50% respectively.
About the assistance from employers, there are more than 75% people in the group of under 26 years old receive support from their labor owners. The proportion of people given assistance from employers reduces slightly when their age increase to 39, from 75% in people under 26 to only just over 30% the numbers of people from 30 to 38 years old. And this is the lowest percentage of people who are given support among all the groups.
