Overall, a cursory glance makes it clear that tourists preferred staying with family and friends had the most proportion in the given pie chart among all the 4 distinct types.
To begin with the details, in 1988, people least liked staying in rented apartments and the figure noted was 7%, whereas almost half of the total population chose to stay with family and friends. Other categories such as camping and hotels had their proportion recorded for 26% and 15%, respectively. After a decade, the percentage for camping halved; the figure for rented apartments and hotels inclined by 4% and 7%, in respective order, however the grading for staying with family and friends remained the same.
Proceeding ahead, in 2008, the figure for rented apartments doubled from the previous given year. The percentage of hotels and camping was unaltered but the rating for family and friends experienced a decline of 10% while it remained at the top preference.
