the given pie charts represent the results of questionnaire that was given to visitors to the Parkway Hotel. 100 guests described the hotel's customer service by using one of the given five words: excellent, good, satisfactory, poor and very poor. Questionnaire was done twice in the years 2005 and 2010.
It is clear that just under the half of the guests decided that customer service is satisfactory and 14% gave them "good" in 2015. At the same time, only 5% of visitors gave them excellent point, and almost one third of clients were unsatisfied and selected "poor" (21%) or "very poor" (15%) clauses of questionnare.
Despite that in the first pie chart there were more frustrated visitors than contend one's, in 2010, number of exited visitors significantly increased from 5% to 28%. Additionally, over third of guests were good with service in comparing with previous 14%. According to questionnaire, only 16% were unhappy in the hotel, they picked "poor" and "very poor" words to describe hotel's service.
