The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.
The pie charts compare the visitor rating result of a questionnaire about the customer service at Parkway Hotel for the years 2005 and 2010. 100 visitors were answered for the same questionnaire.
Overall, it is clear more guests were rated excellent and good customer services offered by the Parkway hotel in 2010 compared to 2005. Other three factors were declined; satisfactory, poor and very poor with a significant decline in ‘satisfactory’ from 2005 to 2010.
In 2005 just 5% of guests rated excellent about the hotel customer service, whereas it came to 28% in 2010, almost a 5 times increase. 39 visitors were telling they received a good customer service in 2010, while it was just 14 guests in 2005.
In contrast, nearly half of the guests (45%) who answered for the questionnaire said the hotel service was at a ‘satisfactory’ level. However, it reduced to 17% in 2010. Consequently, hotel able to reduce its ‘very poor’ ratings from 15% to 4% and the ‘poor’ ratings by 9%; from 2005 to 2010 at 21% to 12% respectively.`
