The two pie charts compare two levels of employees in a trading company regarding their delighted sorts of books.

Overall, it is evident that junior staff prefer reading self-help materials and novels the most while senior staff pays attention to books about business and management.

Junior workers read most books about self-improving with approximately 40%, standing at the highest figures, compared to only 12% of senior staff. Whereas, there are about 25% of juniors love novels, which accurately 10% higher than the equivalent sample of seniors.

In contrast. 32% of senior staff prefer business books, which is double the percentage of juniors with only 15%. Similarly, the figures for the management and healthcare books of seniors both experienced a significantly higher of nearly 15% in comparison with people in lower positions. Besides, the proportion of other types of books for seniors and juniors is 2% and 9%, respectively.
