Essay topics:

The charts show survey results concerning why MBA graduates chose their degree and employers' reasons for hiring them.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie charts illustrate the survey results, the primary reasons for MBA graduates, and the cause of hiring employers.
Overall, attaining more profitable career opportunities is the main impetus for students to achieve an MBA degree, while the smallest percentage is the ability to help people. Furthermore, a prior understanding of the job and character is the most valuable of the employers' expectations, whereas the share of the qualifications is the lowest standard employers entail.
According to the first chart, the percentage of opportunities to get a better job is the highest, at 65%, followed by the ratio of ability to complete the tasks more effectively, at 15%. In contrast, the proportion of individual development and ability to aid others is lower than other reasons; the former account for 12%, and the latter is 8%.
On the other hand, both character and previous experiences were the most popular reasons for business recruitment in the second chart, contributing to 25% of the explanation. In comparison, while 20% of hiring's reason is presentations and previous acquaintances which share the same pattern, the qualifications rate is the least valuable, at just 10%.
