Overall, it is evident that the production of glass containers is more complex process as compared to recycle the old glasses into new products.
To begin with, for the production of glass, the first step is to mix the four elements: sand, soda ash, limestone and other chemicals. After that, four elements would be melt in a glass furnace at the temperature of 1500 degree celcius. After being melted, the next step is to shape the molten glass blowing by which the glass containers would be made.
Apart from that, recycling too comprised of five stages. Firstly, it is important to collect the glass which are already been used, after that, it would be sorted by colour. The next stage is washing by which impurities would be vanished from the glass and then, glass would be crushed and melted in order to turn it into another items.
