As can be seen from the diagram, the entire process consists of 8 steps, commencing with material storage and concluding with product delivery to supply chains.
Turning into detail, in the first step, corn is preserved in a specialized container to prepare for the production. Subsequently, after reducing its size by milling, water is added at a proper proportion to make the material ready for cooking, which takes 4 hours. Following this, the intermediate product is fermented in 48 hours as a preparation for the next steps.
