The given diagram illustrates the procedure of the production of ethanol fuel from corn.
Overall, Corn is the prominent ingredient to produce ethanol. The process has 9 steps where water and liquid are added after step 3 and step 6 respectively.
The first step to store all corn obtain from farmers. Then, it will send to the milling where it will be cooking for 4 hours in the presence of water. After this process, it allows sending materials to the fermentation chamber and start the process of fermenting in about 48 hours. Moreover, after 2 days of Fermentation, it will be channeled to a separating chamber where the liquid will be added in order for purifying ethanol for about 5 hours. An important in this process, only liquid ethanol fuel will collect, and the solid by-product will be removed.
Last but not the least, the produced ethanol fuel will be stored in a stored room and transport to various places.
