The diagram below shows how ethanol fuel is produced from corn.
The given diagram provides information on the manufacturing process of ethanol fuel from corn.
From an overall perspective, it is evident that there are 9 main stages to producing the ethanol fuel, beginning with assembling corn in the factory and ending with transporting final goods to the retailers.
According to the data in an image, a manufacturer commences with gathering and delivering corns to the storage houses in order to store this raw material. Next, the stored corns come into a milling and powdering step. Following that, the cornflour started to be cooked for 4 hours, and the water is added during the cooking period. After the fourth step, the mixture is fermented for 48 hours so as to ensure create an enzyme for a product.
Moving to the sixth step, after 48 hours of fermenting, the cocktail of these ingredients is separated and continues to go into purifying step. These mixtures can be added with liquid or solid by-products by employees to join in this step. During 5 hours of purifying, the ethanol from corns was finally produced and stored in the warehouse. Consequently, the final product will be transported to the stockholders or retailers in order to be published to the market.
