The provided diagram illustrates the process of manufacturing instant noodles in factories.
Generally speaking, Noodles production is an eight-step process that starts with storing flour in the silos and finish with labeling the noodles cups.
A glance at the pictorial reveals that firstly, flour is accumulated in storage silos which are mixed further with water and oil by using a mixer machine. This creates dough sheets. Secondly, the produced mixture(dough sheets) is carried by a set of rollers and covert into strips in the following step. Afterward, strips are turned into noodles discs prior to cooking with oil. Drying of these discs also occurs in this step before inserting any ingredients.
It can be seen that after drying, products are gathered in cups. Next, they are released forward so that the ingredients such as vegetables and spices can be added to the cups before final tagging. Finally, the products are labeled and sealed properly in order to keep them fresh till consumption. Moreover, the whole cycle is done using automated machines.
