The diagram illustrates the process of producing and packaging instant noodles using a series of various facilities.
Firstly, flour is delivered from storage silos to a mixer that combines it with water and oil making dough. On the output, a sequence of rollers flatten dough in order to make dough sheets which, after that, are sliced and turned into separate strips. During the next stage, noodles are formed creating discs, then they are fried with oil ensuring there is no moisture left.
Secondly, at the stage of packaging dried noodles, they are put in cups together with spices and vegetables. Next, each cup is labelled with label stickers and sealed so as to prevent it from molding. At the final step, after manufacturing, the product is delivered and stocked in a great number of retail shops.
To sum up, there are 8 stages of producing instant noodles, where 4 is manufacturing noodles and other 4 teps are packaging.
