The given process illustrates the step to producing sugar with the main ingredient is sugar cane.
Overall, it is extremely easy to see that there are totally 7 steps in this manufacturing process. The first stage is growing sugar canes and it ends with the drying and cooling stage.
First, the farmers grow and take care of the sugar canes in the 12-18 months period before the trees have the standard condition that ready for next stage. Second, when the sugar canes are big enough, they will be collected by the machine or by the traditional way is hand-cutting. In the third step, the harvested canes will be brought to the automatic machine in order to crush them into the juice, which is kept in the normal condition to having a rest time before the fourth stage.
Then, this juice is going through the purifying filter to remove small scales that can have the bad effect on the quality of product. After that, people will throw the mixture in the pot and cook it on the temperature of fire. When changing into the syrup, it has to experience the centrufuge stage, where the sugar crystal seperated from syrup. The lastest product will be dryed in the container before packed to serve for other reasons.
