The process depicts that how to be produced the ceramic spots
Overall, it can be seen that this is divided into 3 main stages with its starting from collecting raw material, forming the product and ending with completely the pots.
Starting with the raw materials is to dig up under the ground by digging machine, it then is transferred into the factory where is creating the ceramic spots. After moving into the factory, it will be crushed and be mixed with the water, after making them into a clay-like substance that can be moulded into the pot’s patterns.
In the next steps, they are dried for a long time, from 4 to 6 hours, and are assembled in the clay pots. By following this step, they are placed into the oven within heating to the degree of 100 Celsius. Lastly, the product will be dying colour and again put into the oven for colour firing. The outcome of this progress is launched the finished pots could be got into the market.
