To begin with, clay is collected by heavy machines. Mostly, digger machine is used for it. After that, clay is passed through in a metal grid then clay rolled in the roller machine. Following that, sand and water must be mixed in clay. Then, the mixture is either mould or cut the mixture using a wire cutter to give the raw shape of brick. After this, crucial step, bricks are put in the oven for drying process. This process quite long because it runned for one or two days. In the next step, dried bricks put in kiln. Firstly, bricks passed on moderate temperature almost 200*c to 980*c again bricks put down in the high temperature nearby 800* to 1300*c. Before, packing important step is followed, bricks are put in cooling chamber for 48-72 hours. Then, bricks are ready for packing and deliver in market for sale.
To conclude, the process of manufacturing bricks is followed several crucial step, which is quite complex. Bricks are passe through in this various steps before using such as grid, drying, heating, and many more.
