The diagram illustrates the procedure used in cement in production of concrete. Overall, it is clear that process and tools involved in cement production while that of concrete is used for two purposes: one create bags of cement and the other is to use for building purpose.
Looking at details of cement production, the first stage of the process is adding two substances, limestone and clay, which are crushed and mixed. At the next stage, the mixture is shuddered into powder through a mixer where it is then circulated and is heated in the rotating heater. Then it is grinded into powder called cement which is distributed into bags.
Turning to look at the steps on producing concrete, made of four ingredients: cement, water, gravel and sand with different proportion: 15% of cement and 10% of water are added into the mixture of sand and gravel, which consists of 25% and the highest percentage belongs to gravel with 50%, respectively. All the elements are then rotated thoroughly in the concrete mixer. When it is mixed well, concrete is produced.
