The flow chart show how bricks are produced for, and delivered to the building industry.
Overall, there are 7 main steps in producing bricks, beginning with clay excavation and ending with the delivery the bricks to the customers.
Firstly, clay is dug up by a big digger. To remove the oversized clay, they are put on a metal grid, then fall into a roller. Sand and water will be added in the clay to make a brick shape by using a wire cutter or a mould. They are now put in a drying oven for 24-48 hours.
Those bricks are then fired in a special kiln at a moderate temperature (200-300 degree). Afterwards, they are heated in another kiln at a higher temperature at 670-1300 degree. Before being packaged for delivery, they are treated in a cooling chamber for a period of 48-72 hours. The entire brick producing process concludes after the bricks are delivered to customers.
