The digram shows the way of making bricks for the building industry. Overall, the process of manufacturing bricks consits 7 stages beginning with collecting clay by digging the ground through digger and end with ready for delivery.
It can be seen that in first step, clay is dug up by the digger from the ground. Next, it is placed over the metal grind to produce it into small pieces. Then undergo roller that transfer clay into sand. Following this san and water is mixed to produce brick either by mould or wire cutter. After that, brick put inside the over for drying and leave there for 24-48 hours.
In next step, They undergo heat by putting inside the kiln with the temperature of 200c- 980c. After that increased the heating temeprature in range of 870c-1300c. Then place the heated bricks into cooling chamber for 48- 72 hours before packing the bricks. Once it is done with cooling the packed for sale.
