The diagrams show how cooking equipment has developed. Overall, this equipment has become more convenient as a few but useful features have been added to it.
In the beginning, the cooking equipment had a simple design, and it was placed on top of a few stones that served as a leg to lift and balance it and made a room for wood to provide fire to cook food. It was much taller then. However, after sometime, it became much smaller flat-shaped equipment totally made of clay, but had bigger space and stones to make a roaring fire.
By contrast, the recent cooking equipment has developed a lot and that it comes with a range of features. It has two parts, one above the other. The lower one contains a chamber made of special metal, and it has a door that allows air enter and push the ash inside, while the upper chamber is built using clay. This version uses only charcoal and so has special grates for it. Moreover, unlike the other two, it has special handles and support systems for putting a pot on them.
