The diagrams give information about the manufacture of frozen fish pies.
The diagrammatic representation elucidates how fish pies are produced in factories with four main ingredients:salmon, potatoes, peas and sauce.
Overall, it can be manifested that the process of fish pie can be divided in two steps which is production of potatoes and how Salamon is made. Notably, the fish pie process is more labor-intensive.
First of all, potatoes are delivered a month in advance and once they have reached the factory they are cleaned with a Jet spray to remove any impurities. On a conveyor belt, the potatoes are passed ahead for removing the skin and chopping in adequate size and following this, potatoes slices are boiled in a container before being allowed to cool off in wat and finally stored for their process.
Simultaneously, within twelve hours of being delivered to the factory, the piece of fresh fish is cooked in steam in the oven after adding lemon juice and salt to it. Then, skin and bones are removed before a visual inspection takes place. After this, peas and sauce which have been prepared in advance are added, and a layer of potatoe slices are mixed to top it off which is all wrapped and frozen. Lastly, they are either dispatched or store for the delivery.
