The diagrams illustrate some changes and planned development in the BRIGHTSEA along the coastal zone.
Overall, the coastal BRIGHTSEA has been developed to be accessible for a tourism purpose and it will then become bigger in the future with more complete facilities for the convenience of the tourists.
In 1995, the BRIGHTSEA area was known as the place to lean the boat when fishermen went and back from the ocean or transportation purposes. This area has been changed with some basic facilities to support tourism. It can be seen in the construction of the road to make this place more accessible. As a result, a shop and hotel have been built as well as a cafe has replaced a fishermen's cottage building. Additionally, the first wharf of the ferry has been manufactured to support transportations.
In the future, the location of BRIGHTSEA will be transformed to become bigger places for tourism destinations by changing cafe in the North West to be apartments with a restaurant behind them. A shop and hotel will be extended and the former will be supported with parking area its behind or in the front of apartment blocks. In the south-east area, a sailing-club building will be set up as well as additional ferry wharf in the south-east area with telecommunication antenna above it.
