The First Chart Below Shows How Energy Is Used in an Average Australian Household
The first chart illustrates the total of energy used in an Australian family and the second chart displays the green house gas releases from energy used by people.
Overall, it can be seen that heating and water heating account for a significant of energy used by citizens and most emission of green house gas result from water heating and other appliances.
Water heating and heating took the highest place by 42% and 30% respectively. Besides, other appliances made up almost less than a fifth. However, entire household in Australia used quiet a bit about cooling, lighting and refrigeration, just about 2%, 4% and 7% correspondingly.
Water heating is one of the most caused to greenhouse gas, occupy 32%. The second largest amount of greenhouse gas was other appliances, approximately 28%. In addition, heating took less than a fifth( 15%). Last but not least, cooling and lighting cause the least greenhouse gas, about 3% and 8% respectively.
