The first pie chart represents the average energy usages of a Australian family while the second chart illustrates the percentage of emissions of greenhouse gas.As it demonstrated, heating and water heating consume the highest energy of 42% and 30% respectively.
Overall, the two main uses of energy are heating and water heating whereas cooling, lighting and refrigation are lower uses of energy than the others.
According to the charts, heating only produces 15% of the harmful gas, although it consume the highest energy(42%) of the total energy by a Australian house used.Water heating makes up 30% and it gives the more amount of the greenhouse gas(32%) than its energy usages.
The refrigerator uses only 7% of the total energy but pollutes the greenhouse in exactly double proportion.Meanwhile, the energy uses by other appliances(15%) emit the greenhouse gas at nearly one-third which is almost a quarter of the total greenhouse gas.
