Essay topics:

the flow charts below show the vicious circles of poverty at the institutional and individual levels.

The first flow chart illustrate the vicious cycle of poverty at the institutional level, while the second picture illustrates the cycle of poverty at the individual level.
In the first cycle, lack of critical mass for services and infrastructures lead to low rate of business creation because funds is not available to sustain the needed budget for constructing buildings. So there will be fewer jobs that will be available for the local people, reason that they move away and find better opportunity in other places. When this happens, the population will decrease and it will not be logical to build business structures since either no one will use or only fewer people will use the facilities, thus no businessmen will consider to finance the place.
At the individual level, if a person belongs to a poor-stricken sector of the community, finishing studies will be a struggle due to financial constraint and if this happen, the person will not be competent enough to acquire a job that can offer an above minimum compensation because he lacks the needed skills to be qualified. This will lead to unstable security to provide basic necessities to one self and worst there will be no extra savings for health insurance since the salary is not enough. An easy solution for this will be borrowing money to other people and since its business, an interest will be added and the problem will add up until such time that the person will no longer have the needed monetary source because it will all be paid to the debt and this will continue as long as the person will not be equipped with the needed knowledge on how to properly spend and save money.
