The line chart shows data about the proportion of SAT math points by male and female starting from 1992 to 2000. Overall, it can be seen that the selected figures of both gender were significantly increased during a period of 8 years. In addition, male's results always higher than female. Between 1992 and 1993, there was a steady increase from 500 to 510 in the scores of men. Then, the statistic declined to 510 points in the year 1994. The period from 1994 to 1998 witnessed a dramatically grow of 30 points in the scores. Meanwhile, there remain constanted at about 535 throughout the follow period of 2 years. The women's results started with lower scores which were 460 points in 1992. A remain climb of 30 was recorded in the average female SAT math figures. There was a dramatic increase from 490 to 510 during just a year. The next 4 years saw a grow of 20 points and peaked at 530 in 2000.
