The bar chart given illustrates data regarding how many percent the boys age and the girls age in Australia did in their spare time in five different fields in the age of 5-14.

As can be inferred from the graph, overall, the percentage of the boys selecting bike riding, electronic or computer games was higher than skateboarding or rollerblading and art & craft, whereas the girls choosing electronic or video games, art & craft, and bike riding was greater than skateboarding or rollerblading. Another striking feature is that the percentage of spending time on watching TV or videos reached a peak at both boys age and girls ages.

Regarding to bike riding, the percentage of boys age spent on these activities was higher than girls age, standing at about 78% and 58%. Besides, a somewhat similar trend was recorded in the ratio of choosing electronic or computer games when the boys were marginally 80%, and the girls were precisely 60%. The proportion of Australian children spending on watching TV or videos is equal, at 100%.

A converse tendency was witnessed in the figures for skateboarding or rollerblading. In contrast, the figure for boys age bracket in skateboarding or rollerblading was nearly 40% compared to more than 20% of the girls age group. The girls age constituted the percentage of spending time on art and craft than boys age, with north of 55% and the boys were nearly 40%.
