As can be seen from the bar chart the progress of certain diseases during childhood between 1950 and 2000 in a developing country.

In general there were only three certain diseases except new one which had stary spreading from 1950 to 2000. There were only three illness tuberculosis, smallpox and malaria. With a small degree of cases in this chart is tuberculosis with its just below 3000 in 1980 and with a higher percentages of cases is AIDS with its more over 10000 in 2000. Also the existing of the smallpox has disappeared after 1070.
