The graph below shows the consumption of fish and some different kinds of meat in a European country between 1979 and 2004 Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant

The line graph demonstrates the amount of 4 different types of meat that was taken by a particular European country's people the year between 1979 to 2004.

Overall, what stands from the graph is that the quantity of taking chicken was grown over the period, whereas beef and lamb similarly slipped down from the earlier amount. In addition, the line for fishes gradually went down but not as much as beef and lamb.

Though in 1979, the chicken had less amount than lamb which was below 150 grams, thereafter opposite trend was observed for these two features. The chicken creeping from around 148 to 250 grams in 2004, while lamb climbed down close to 50 grams. Although, the fluctuation happened all around the period.

Looking at the beef, in the beginning, it started to go down from 220 grams but after some time it rapidly increased a lot, the just before 1989, it began to decreased and end with just over 100 grams. On the other hand, the amount of taking fish downgraded from 55 to 50 grams.
