The given line graph explains the consumption of fish and three different types of meat like chicken,beef and lamb in a European country in the time frame between 1979 and 2004. Overall, the usage of chicken is dramatically increased as compared to other meats like beef and lamp.On the other hand the consumption of fish remained relatively steady.
In 1979 the consumption of chicken is around 150 grams and through out the year the usage is raising rapidly and in 2004 the consumption is grams per person per week is about 250 grams. On the other hand the usage of lamp and beef shows a downward trend. From the graph it can be clear that at the beginning most popular meat used in the country is beef but after the years passed the consumption is decreased.
At last the amount of fish consumed remained almost same through out the period. at first the usage is 60 grams and at 2004 it is around 50 grams. Fish is the least meat preferred in that country
