The graph below shows the employment rate of each gender in four different countries in 2002. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The chart illustrates the occupation chances in percentage between men and women in four different nations in the year 2002. In general, most of male gender had a greater opportunity rate in employment than female in all countries that were mentioned. In addition, Norway gained the highest work-ratio whilst South Africa was the opposite trend which was the smallest proportion of occupation. Therefore, Norway was the best place to apply for jobs and almost recruiters tended to choose men for work as they were more suitable for the nature of jobs than women.
It is easy to see that Norway peaked the top at nearly 80% in male ratio and about 75% in female one. The proportions of employed Chilean and Finish men were close behind at roughly 70%, though the employed-men rate in Chile was still little higher. By contrast, Finish women had more opportunity rate which accounted for almost a half of Chilean women, by 68% and 32%. There was a similar pattern in South Africa that men employment ratio was the dominant and also got the lowest point, which made up exactly 50%. Whereas it was not the bottom and slight higher 5% than Chilean women, with 37%. There were big differential employment rate between male and female in Chile and South Africa while the percentages in two last countries, Finland and Norway, did not have too much disparity at all.
