The graph below shows female unemployment rates in each country of the United Kingdom in 2013 and 2014.
Although such topics, in all likelihood, will never yield a consensual agreement, a constructive dialogue on whether employees need to involve in the decision-making process can lead to thought-provoking discussions. my view is that irrespective of the numerous arguments that exist of either side, decision made by company executives or involve employees in this process.
There are myriad reasons in favor of my viewpoint.To commence with top executives involving their employees in the company deals and decisions plays a major role.In the last week BBC newspaper, I read about the survey done regarding, does employees need to involve in the decision-making process 90% of the population supported for employees to involve in decisions as employee is pillar of the company. Therefore, the aforementioned paramount discussion shows that it plays a great role in company growth and profits.
Another pivotal aspect of the argument is some employees may not be proactive to involve in this process.
This exemplifies that companies can check for the interested people and choose the best among the crowd and filter accordingly to involve in high-level discussions.
In conclusion, I see that there are equally potential evidence to support the arguments I have provided and hence my opinion is it will be big advantage for the companies to involve employees in decision-making process.
