The line chart illustrated the information about the number of requests in three forms sent to the Tourist Information Office in once city from January to Jun 2011.
Overall, while the figures for enquiries in term of in person and by telephone increased, those for by letter/email decreased. Interestingly, starting at the lowest point at the beginning, the number of requests made in person soared to end the period surveyed as the highest mean of requests.
In Jan 2011, there was only about more than 400 enquiries received directly from travelers by face-to-face communication. The figure for the forms of letter/email and calling were higher, at somewhere approximately 800 and 850, respectively.
The time between Feb and Apr witnessed contacting in person surpassed two the rest of other methods to be the leader in term of requests generated. In the month Jun 2011, nearly 1900 enquiries performed by in person, compared to about 1600 by letter/email and just only under 400 by phone.
