The given graph compares the number of males and females passing out of their colleges in Canada during the period of 1992 to 2007.
Overall, the women were able to outnumber men by a consistent margin. However, men too showed significant growth, but at last, were not able to cope up with women.
From the graph, we can see that initially, girls had been ahead with a considerable margin of around 30000. Both the genders showed a steady increase of nearly 50000 at the start of 1992 which lasted only a few years i.e up till 1995. The digits of both the classes began to fell quickly at the same rate at which they rose earlier and reached their initial mark near 1998. These statistics for both remained unevenly low between 1998 to 2008.
Afterward, The figures for women graduates showed exponential growth and reaching its apex of nearly 150000 after the year 2006.
At the very same time, the units of men too proliferated and rose above 90000, but still at the end, stayed very less compared to that of women
