The line graph demonstrates the number of questions the Tourist Information Office of a city collected through three types ways from January to June in 2011.
In general, the queries asked directly and through telephone were increasingly favored within six month while there was a downward trend in the number of people using letters and emails to ask questions. In addition, the number of inquiries conducted in person starting the lowest number of three reached the highest point in June.
From January to March, a total of enquiries in person rose sharply whereas less and less people used letters and emails. In the middle of February, the number of two types were the same with about 700. The usage of telephone fluctuated and continued ranking first after three months with 1000 questions.
Three months later, the number of face to face inquiries surpassed that of queries raised through calling with 1900 and 1600 respectively. Questions in written forms, on the contrary, hit the lowest of about 400
