The given chart presents the result of the survey in a country located in Europe about the frequency of people visiting cinemas on weekdays. This figures is recorded in 3 years : 2003, 2005 and 2007.
In general, it can be seen that the quantity of customers of the cinema tends to increase gradually in the weekends.
According to the chart, during the number of customer of the cinemas is not stabilize though in 3 years doing the research, the viewers always tend to go to the movie theater on Saturday. Specifically, the highest figures were recorded in 2005. At approximately 45%, the percentage of people who go to the cinema on Saturday reached a peak. On Monday, Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday, the business of cinemas is not outstanding. It peaks at 20% in 2003, around 18% in 2007 and it just only takes over 16% in 2005. Since Friday, the data have a positive sign at 30% in all 3 years.
To sum up, running the entertainment activities as cinemas usually attracts customers in the weekend because of the limited spare time they have in the first 4 days of the week.
